INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (14 oz.) package cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
- 1 1/2 T. granulated sugar
- 3 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 T. chopped cilantro {optional}
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, olive oil, and salt; stir with a whisk until sugar dissolves.
- Add coleslaw, green onion, and cilantro {if including} and toss to combine.
- Let stand for about 10 minutes to let flavors meld. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
