Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate kefir, or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 - 3/4 Cup Almond Milk *
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp Raw maca powder optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
  2. SLURP UP

* Julia suggest trying dark chocolate almond milk for a rich and decadent smoothie!
